Dr. Scott Fishman was born in Pico Rivera and raised in Downey. He attended Downey High School and received his Bachelor's from
Chapman University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Marquette University. Dr. Fishman obtained a specialty certification in Advanced
Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Southern California and a certification in Hospital Dentistry from Miller's Children's Hospital.
He has been an Pediatric Dentist since 1994, serving Lakewood and East Los Angeles.
Dr. Fishman is known for his involvement with the local community throughout Southeast Los Angeles County and North Orange County,
working with pediatricians, parent classes and elementary schools. He has served as president for the Pediatric Dental Alumni Association
of USC in 2003 and will serve a second term in 2011. He has served as a member of the board for the California Society of Pediatric
Dentistry Foundation and is currently the Boys U8 Commissioner of AYSO Soccer. He coaches three girls soccer teams and he and his wife,
Grace, have three daughters, Jenna, Tara and Ava.
